It’s almost that time again family. Time for us to get together and chat, tell stories and have a good time. Read on for the details!
Just like the other times, there is no formal agenda, just an opportunity for family members to get on a video chat and see people that we may not have seen for a while or meet family members for the first time.
Just to make it a little easier for family members, I am asking that you change your last name on the screen so that people can understand where you are in your branch of the family tree. Please use a format similar to what I use for the birthdays:
First Name: Your first name
Last name: Your Last Name (your parent that is a Hickson descendant, your grandparent that is a Hickson descendant).
Mine would look like this:
First Name: Darryl
Last Name: Hickson (Ike’s son, John Wesley’s grandson)
Please remember to change your name back after the meeting. I have had some friends who forgot to change their name after a virtual happy hour and had to explain what was going on in a meeting at work later.
